1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, sugar-free

1/2 apple, chopped in bite-size pieces

1/2 cup mandarin oranges

 

Mix together and enjoy.

Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie, serves 4

2 cups 1% milk

2 cups Strawberry yogurt, sugar free

1 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries

Sugar substitute to taste

 

Add first 3 ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 

Add sugar substitute to taste, and then serve.
